• Open area between the loquat tree and the Persimmon tree. Try to fill up with native grasses. With Wallaby grasses need to keep area more moist. Lots of fallen leaves under loquat tree. Should be a good home for lizards. Planted 3 x Comfrey plants (Symphytum app.) under loquat tree. The Comfrey plants seem to do better with more shade.
• 17 Feb 2022 - Planted Slender Wallaby grass (Rytidosperma racemosum var. racemosum) all in a row. Flower spikes should appear from September to January. Tolerant to harsh pruning. Tube stock from La Trobe nursery.
