Plug in and power on monitor then plug in HDMI, keyboard/mouse, (Optional Ethernet) and LASTLY the power cable to Raspberry Pi

After your pi has restarted (As many times as it needs to) you will see a setup wizard or the desktop if you used the settings menu when you flashed the operating system

If prompted follow further instructions to finish setting up your Raspberry Pi
