-To create a dashboard, you must have a Google account. Once a Google account has been created, you simply click on "new blank report". Google Data Studio will create a blank canvas on which you can import your data and create graphs for it.

-You can connect your data to Google Data Studio using connectors. One of these connectors allows you to import CSV (comma-separated values) files, and quickly create graphs through them.
